We invite you to be part of a cohort of congregational leaders sharing ideas and conducting experiments to explore stewardship and discover together!
In each of our sessions we will lead with a money story relevant to a Stewardship topic and discuss ideas and ways we might be able to manifest those ideas in our congregations. Break out sessions will be organized by congregational size so you can collaborate with other congregations.
In our sessions we’ll explore these topics:
- Congregations as Systems
- The Psychology of Giving – Why People Give
- Building a Culture of Giving and Generosity
- Innovation in Stewardship
Everyone is welcome at our initial two-hour introductory sessions and then you can determine if you want to move forward with the cohort for the year. Those who continue will be invited to use what we learn together to engage in a stewardship experiment over the course of the year. We ask that you commit to having at least one or two members of your team participate in all 6 sessions.” You can sign up here.

Rachel brings communities together to finance the things they value most. She is committed to stewarding our Unitarian Universalist communities toward healthy relationships with money and value.
