Capital Campaign Webinars: How Do We Get There and Road-map

Do you think the time is ripening in your congregation to start working toward a capital campaign? Do you see one on the horizon and want to be ready for it? Do you want to get your professional and lay leaders on the same page, so your early planning efforts are aligned around a broader understanding of capital campaign development? If so, this is for you.

Stewardship For Us consultant Liz Coit and I are delighted to be partnering with Patricia Infante,  UUA Congregational Life Staff for the Central East Region, on a 2-part webinar series. The first part will be about the right timing for a capital campaign and preparing in advance. The second part will be about the campaign road-map and preparing to launch a campaign.

This is meant for all professional and lay leaders – and many would benefit from this orientation. There is a modest charge for the webinars, and you can gather folks around a computer monitor to participate, which will further facilitate your discussions. Here are the dates:

  • Tuesday, September 11, 7:00 – 8:30 pm, Eastern: Part 1
  • Tuesday, September 25, 7:00 – 8:30 pm, Eastern: Part 2

This is intended to be a 2-part series. If you cannot make both parts, connect with others in your congregation and see if another person can attend both and take notes for you. To read more about the webinars and to register, visit the Central East Region website here.
