We offer an initial telephone consultation for up to one hour at no charge to discuss whether our services match your needs. If there is a match, during that consultation, we discuss likely costs, tailored to your goals, objectives, and timeframe. Once we reach agreement on a firm scope of work, we provide a contract with a not-to-exceed amount, so costs are predictable. Next Steps Weekends, our introductory assessment service, are provided for a fixed price; other services are charged on an hourly basis plus expenses, with hourly rates set below market for Unitarian Universalist organizations.
