“Alternative Facts” about Planned Giving, Webinar Scheduled

If you have not heard, the Unitarian Universalist Association will be launching the Wake Now Our Vision Legacy Challenge program this year. This will be a great opportunity for you to engage your congregants and gain new planned gift intentions. Planned and legacy gifts can build your endowment and help fuel your congregation far into the future. How robust and vibrant is your planned giving ministry? How ready are you to respond when the Challenge is rolled out? Don’t miss this Challenge by trying to create a program at the last minute.

This webinar will dispel some “alternative facts” that you may have, and your members may have, about legacy gift planning. The information may surprise you, so if you are a board member, minister, staff member, or stewardship volunteer — clarifying your ideas is a good place to start.

As is our custom, sign-ups will be limited to a maximum of 20 computers to ensure everyone has the opportunity to offer comments and ask questions. However, feel free to gather members of your team around a computer to participate together. Two times are offered, one in the evening East Coast time (although all are welcome!) and one as a brown bag lunch time for the West Coast (all are welcome!). The two webinars are identical – this is not a series.

BTW, there is a small charge to attend this webinar. Space is limited!
